01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 356pk website at 356pk.app, downloading the 356pk mobile application, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the user", "the player") and 356pk ("the platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform and should close your account immediately.

These Terms apply to all versions of the 356pk platform: the web version at 356pk.app, the Android app, the iOS app, and any other distribution channel through which 356pk services are made available.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use 356pk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict requirement and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be restricted from using online gaming platforms under the laws or regulations applicable to your specific location.
• You must not have a self-exclusion arrangement in place, whether requested through 356pk or through any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used for any deposit or withdrawal on your account.

356pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and identity within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one 356pk account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. 356pk will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact 356pk support immediately. Account activity that occurs before you report unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

04 Deposits & Payments

356pk supports deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet instant transfer
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet instant transfer
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer
• Debit / Credit Cards — where supported by your issuing bank
• Mobile Wallets — other supported PKR wallets as listed on the deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits are subject to change and may vary based on your payment method. 356pk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited to 356pk must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

356pk reserves the right to reverse or hold any deposit that is flagged by our fraud detection systems. In such cases, the support team will contact you to request clarification before any action is taken.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 356pk account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This matching policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until identity documents have been submitted and approved. This is a one-time process and once verified, future withdrawals proceed without additional identity checks under normal circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are usually received within a few hours of approval.
• Bank transfers and Raast payments may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank.
• 356pk does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests; processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.

356pk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, including but not limited to withdrawals significantly larger than the account's typical activity, or withdrawals requested shortly after a large deposit where the funds have not been used for genuine gaming activity.

06 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 356pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market selected at the time of placing the bet. These rules are displayed alongside each market on the betting interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before confirming any wager.

General sports betting rules applicable across all markets on 356pk include:

• Bets are only accepted when your account has sufficient available balance to cover the stake.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform's cash-out feature is available and you choose to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. For cricket, the DLS method may apply to rain-affected matches where applicable.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that will be applied to your settlement.
• 356pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds, a data feed failure or any other circumstance that has produced manifestly incorrect pricing.
• In-play betting on cricket, PSL matches, football and other markets is subject to a brief delay. Bets placed after the actual occurrence of an event — even if submitted before the platform updates — will be voided.

07 Live Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games available on 356pk — including live dealer tables, slots, and any other casino products — are provided by third-party game studios and are governed by the rules of those individual games in addition to these general Terms.

For live casino games, you are connecting to a real-time dealer environment. All decisions made during a live game session are final once confirmed. Technical issues on your end — such as a dropped internet connection or app crash — do not entitle you to a refund of any bets that were placed and accepted by the game server before the disconnection occurred.

• Slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the game provider. 356pk does not influence or alter slot results in any way.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game's information panel. These represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain slot titles as set by the game provider. These limits are displayed in the game rules and will be honoured at settlement.
• Any malfunctions in a casino game — whether caused by the game provider's software or a connectivity issue — will result in the affected round being voided and all stakes returned to your account balance.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 356pk offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional rewards to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are communicated clearly when the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after you have met any qualifying deposit or bet requirement specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses as part of a systematic strategy to extract value without genuine gameplay — often referred to as bonus abuse — is prohibited and will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

10 Account Security

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform outside of normal manual use.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or pricing mistakes in the platform's odds or game logic for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies or any systematic approach specifically designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, verification or support interactions.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account or account balance to another person.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit through your payment provider while the funds are still active in your account.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other game where collusion could affect the outcome.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

356pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be reviewed).

If your account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation or fraud, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting 356pk support. Accounts closed voluntarily at the player's request will have any verified balance returned within standard withdrawal processing times.

13 Limitation of Liability

356pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible, reliable and free of errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

356pk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or market availability.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 356pk's liability for matters where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

356pk may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
